Spark in the Dark is a run/walk in Plymouth, IN that raises money for Here/Hear, an organization whose mission is to give hope to those affected by mental illness. It takes place in Centennial Park next to the high school tennis courts. There will be signs directing people. It is off of Randolph Street.

Registration starts at 6pm and the run will begin about 8:30pm. All entrants get a T-shirt.

You can get tickets on Active. The price is $20, plus a $3.95 convenience fee.

It is a perfect run/walk for people of all ages and all abilities. This is a family friendly event. This is a “fun” run, meaning that we will not be timing it and there will be no age group prizes. However, there may be some prizes for some other things.

This is a night run. We’ll have the route marked, but it is supposed to be fun. Wear glow sticks, glow in the dark paint, glow in the dark clothing, etc. We’ll have some prizes for best dressed and most fun.

Strollers are allowed as well as wheelchairs. Not allowed are bikes, roller skates, rollerblades, etc. We want everyone to be safe.

We’ll have waivers for everyone to sign. Anyone under 18 needs to have a parent there to sign or to download one.

We’ll supply water along the route. We’ll have water at the end as well.
